CCTV TECHNICIAN

A CCTV Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing CCTV surveillance systems to ensure reliable security for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Install CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.
Run and terminate network and power cables.
Configure cameras for remote viewing on mobile phones and computers.
Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV systems.
Perform routine maintenance and system testing.
Train customers on basic operation of the CCTV system.
Maintain service reports and installation records.
Follow safety procedures while working on-site.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of CCTV, networking, and IP cameras.
Basic understanding of electrical wiring.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service.
Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites.
Qualification:
Experience in CCTV installation is an advantage.
Valid driving license (preferred).
