Full TimeCCTV Technician
SAG SYSTEMS is seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance and security systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of IP and Analog CCTV systems, networking, and customer support, with the ability to work independently at client locations.
Install, configure, and commission CCTV surveillance systems.
Install and troubleshoot IP & Analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and video management systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install and terminate CAT6, coaxial, and fiber optic cables where required.
Configure network devices such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Test, inspect, and ensure proper functioning of installed systems.
Provide technical support and training to customers on system operation.
Maintain service reports, installation records, and documentation.
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards while working on-site.
Coordinate with the service team to complete projects within scheduled timelines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
Knowledge of IP Cameras, Analog Cameras, DVR, NVR, Video Management Software (VMS), and Access Control Systems.
Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, IP addressing, LAN, and Wi-Fi configuration.
Experience in cable laying, crimping, testing, and system commissioning.
Ability to read technical drawings and installation layouts.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel to client locations.
ITI / Diploma / Technical Certification in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related field preferred.
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
